West Michigan Center for Arts + Technology (WMCAT)

The question is, when isn’t WMCAT doing something amazing? The organization currently has two teen-produced murals going up in Grand Rapids, and plenty of other murals that are in the works. They recently received a large grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, which will directly fund WMCAT’s Teen Arts + Tech programs for the 2017-18 school year.
On August 30, WMCAT will also celebrate the “foundation laying” of their new location on the corner of Seward and First, on the city’s West Side. The move was made possible due to their successful Leave Your Mark campaign, which raised over $8.5 million! Stay tuned for more information on this exciting event.

North Town Real Estate

After years of experience in the real estate business, Bradley Hartwell has decided to open his own commercial real estate business, North Town Real Estate! With over 10 years of experience under his belt, plus overcoming the Great Recession real estate rut, Hartwell enters the market with a vivacious attitude and knowledge base. In the segment, Hartwell references the differences between the commercial and residential markets in today’s bustling economy.  He currently has numerous commercial projects that span West Michigan.
